Bringing a med spa team together
During a six-week engagement, I helped a med spa co-owner clarify staff responsibilities, establish weekly meetings, and introduce more consistent service expectations.
The co-owner reported feeling more aligned with her team. During my visits, I observed warmer greetings and a more welcoming patient experience.
The work combined leadership support, team training, and practical changes to everyday routines.

A focused starting point for a challenge such as unclear team roles, inconsistent follow-up, or meetings that don’t lead to action.
Your review includes:
• A short intake questionnaire and review of relevant materials.
• A 60-minute working session focused on one priority.
• A written action plan with three recommendations, clear responsibilities, and next steps.
• A 20-minute follow-up conversation within two weeks.
Your action plan arrives within three business days of our working session.
You can implement the plan with your team or discuss a separately scoped consulting project. No ongoing commitment is required.

About Christine
My career began in prestige beauty, where I developed my skills in education, service, and team training. My experience later expanded into client relations at Merrill Lynch and consulting with service-based businesses.
Across these settings, I’ve helped teams clarify responsibilities, prepare for client appointments, improve follow-up, and establish useful weekly meetings.
I enjoy teaching a room and helping people put ideas into practice. Through CAgustin Consulting, I work alongside owners and their teams to build processes they can confidently maintain.

PRETTYFAST BEAUTY 50+ is makeup and skincare for women over 50 — technique, product reviews and the five-minute routines I've taught for 33 years. It's the audience I spent my whole career working on directly, and the one the industry still talks past.
CHRISTINACATION is travel and lifestyle: favorite hotels, where to go for a bite or a cocktail, and where to shop.
I have over 125,000 photos and videos in my iCloud. I get so many questions about beauty and travel that I think — that could be a video. When I need a little balance, I start editing something from Hawaii and unwind.
